I had a great experience working with Paul’s Nursery from start to finish. They helped me select several fruit trees and handled the installation, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and clearly cared about doing the job right. The trees were healthy, well-planted, and everything was done with attention to detail. I highly recommend Paul’s Nursery to anyone looking for quality fruit trees and reliable installation.

It saddens me to come to this page and see only 4 stars for this stellar business. It almost makes me wonder if the reviewers left their review on the wrong page. I experienced exactly zero of the negative experiences described in some of these reviews. I responded to their ad on facebook and was pleasantly surprised every step of the way! Communication was prompt, professional, respectful, courteous, and most certainly not aggressive. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating, going out on a limb (See what I did there?) to ensure my satisfaction. I purchased a Persian Lime tree from them. They delivered AND planted it at no additional charge – and I live over FIFTY MILES from their site! Upon delivery, the tree was already laden with fruit! This was a birthday gift for my sister. Growing up in Northern Michigan, she would have never dreamed that one day she would have a lime tree in her backyard. THANK you, Shelsea, Paul & staff for taking my sister’s Florida Dreams to the next level. We will definitely see you again!!!

For Christmas 2020 I bought my wife 5 citrus trees from Paul's Nursery. He picked out some very good trees, whenever I had a question he would walk me through it. Normally the first year you get very few pieces of fruit. Because of the quality of Paul's trees and his help after sale this is the first years crop.Pictures of our trees as of Christmas 2021.

This Nursery does not look beautiful from the road however, they have a huge selection and they are willing to get whatever you need from one of their other nurseries throughout the state. At this particular location they carry a lot of cold-hardy plants and many varieties of fruit and citrus. The prices are far below what you would find at other locations in the area. The owners entire family is in the nursery business throughout the state. He was raised doing this he has a large knowledge of plants for this area. I am told they also do pavers, landscaping, and irrigation.

Minneola, FL’s Top Nursery

Rolling hills define Minneola in ways that genuinely affect fruit tree growing decisions. Elevation changes create distinct microclimates on different sides of a single property. Paul’s Nursery has worked these hills long enough to recognize how slope and exposure influence tree performance. South-facing slopes warm faster and suit certain varieties beautifully. North-facing areas hold cooler conditions that can benefit specific stone fruit options. Knowing these distinctions transforms a yard from average to exceptional. Our team brings that topographical awareness to every Minneola consultation. Local geography shouldn’t be ignored when planning a serious backyard orchard.

Residential growth in Minneola has brought homeowners from many different states and growing backgrounds. Newcomers often arrive with assumptions about what fruit trees can or can’t produce in Florida. Paul’s Nursery happily corrects those misconceptions with patient, clear explanations. Many people are pleasantly surprised by the range of varieties that thrive locally. Sandy, well-draining soils suit citrus and tropical species particularly well. Mild winters extend growing seasons far beyond what northern climates allow. Our team walks new residents through these advantages without overwhelming them. Understanding what’s possible makes orchard planning genuinely exciting.

Citrus trees naturally anchor most orchards across Minneola properties. Orange Trees, Lemon Trees, and Tangerine Trees consistently rank among our most popular sellers. Larger lots can accommodate Grapefruit Trees and Tangelo Trees with their fuller canopy spreads. Compact Kumquat Trees suit smaller yards or patio container settings. Many Minneola families want trees that produce within a reasonable establishment window. Modern disease-resistant cultivars protect against problems that have affected commercial groves in recent years. Health inspections happen for every citrus tree before it leaves our nursery. Strong production within expected timeframes is what local buyers count on from our stock.

Tropical fruit varieties have become genuinely popular among Minneola homeowners exploring the full range of Florida growing potential. Mango Trees deliver heavy summer harvests once mature over a season or two. Avocado Trees reward patient cultivation with rich, satisfying fruit that beats grocery alternatives easily. Quick-growing Banana Trees create instant tropical character almost immediately after planting. Guava Trees, Star Fruit Trees, and Passion Fruit Trees produce unique harvests that delight families and guests alike. Cold tolerance varies significantly among tropical species, making placement strategy important. Higher elevations within Minneola can sometimes experience cooler nights than surrounding areas. Our team considers these factors carefully when recommending tropical varieties.

Stone fruit success in Minneola depends entirely on selecting appropriate low-chill cultivars. Peach Trees specifically bred for Florida produce sweet, juicy fruit on local properties consistently. Plum Trees and Nectarine Trees with similar genetic backgrounds also flourish under these conditions. Cherry Trees adapted for subtropical zones complete our stone fruit lineup. Apple Trees and Pear Trees with warm-climate breeding regularly surprise customers who didn’t expect them to grow here. Chill hour requirements get explained in plain, everyday terms during every consultation. Trees that won’t fruit in this climate never reach our sales lot. Honest dealing has been the cornerstone of our family operation for well over a century.

Berry bushes offer Minneola gardeners some of the quickest paths to homegrown fruit. Blueberry Bushes settle into acidic local soils nicely and produce within their first or second season. Vigorous Blackberry Bushes yield massive harvests with surprisingly minimal ongoing care. Both options adapt easily to raised beds, container gardens, or traditional landscape rows. Florida-bred cultivars handle local heat and humidity without faltering through summer. Active families especially appreciate how quickly berry harvests reward their patience. Care guidance covering pruning windows, fertilizer choices, and seasonal expectations comes with every bush sold. Healthy berry plants keep producing reliably for many years when basic routines stay consistent.

Specialty trees give Minneola orchards real character that ordinary variety selections can’t quite match. Fig Trees produce two seasonal crops annually under Central Florida growing conditions. Pomegranate Trees bloom spectacularly in late spring before delivering their famous ruby-colored fruit. Mediterranean Olive Trees thrive in elevated, sunny spots that Minneola’s terrain offers naturally. Fast-growing Mulberry Trees produce sweet dark berries by the handful within just a few seasons. Loquat Trees deliver winter fruit when most other trees rest dormant. Compact Kumquat Trees fit beautifully in containers or smaller planting beds. Combining these specialty options spreads your orchard’s harvests across more of the calendar year.

Delivery and planting service throughout Minneola makes orchard building genuinely practical for every household. Trees arrive at your property in excellent condition, ready for immediate installation that same day. Our planting crew handles correct hole depth, root system inspection, and thorough initial watering. Personalized care notes accompany every install based on your specific tree and property characteristics. Free estimates take budget uncertainty out of project planning before any commitment. Many Minneola families build their orchards gradually across multiple seasons as time and space allow. We support that incremental approach at whatever pace works best for your household. Family-owned service means real conversations with people who genuinely understand fruit trees.
